Help

Files, formats, licensing, downloads and payments, answered briefly.

01What is inside a download?

One ZIP per asset. The product page lists everything: the resolutions, the texture maps, the formats, the number of files and the download size, plus the actual file names inside the ZIP.

02Which resolutions do I get?

Almost every asset includes both 2K and 4K versions in the same ZIP. The product page shows the exact resolutions for each asset.

03Which software can I use?

It depends on the formats in the ZIP. BLEND files open in Blender, FBX imports into Unreal, Unity, Maya and 3ds Max, glTF works in web viewers and many engines, USD files fit USD pipelines, and plain JPG, PNG and EXR maps load into any 3D application.

04Why are there two normal maps?

Many material sets include both an OpenGL and a DirectX normal map. Use the OpenGL one for Blender, Unity and most renderers, and the DirectX one for Unreal Engine and 3ds Max.

05Can I use the assets in commercial projects?

Yes. Every purchase includes a commercial license, with no attribution needed. See the License for details.

06How do I download my files?

As soon as your payment is confirmed, download links appear on the order confirmation page. The same links are in your confirmation email and, if you created an account, under Downloads in your account.

07Can I download an asset again later?

Yes. There is no limit on downloads. Sign in and open Downloads, or use the link in your order email.

08Which payment methods do you accept?

The payment options available are shown at checkout. Prices are in euro and the total before you place the order is the total you pay.

09Can I get an invoice?

Yes. Email us your order number with your company name, address and tax number, and we will send you an invoice.

10Can I get a refund?

If you bought an asset by mistake and have not downloaded it, or a file is faulty, we will help. See Refunds and withdrawal.

11Is there a subscription?

No. You pay once per asset and keep it.
