This license applies to every asset you buy at Voxelcrates. It is short on purpose, so you know exactly where you stand. The licensor is IFDEX X sp. z o.o. (IFDEX X Limited), Warsaw, Poland.
1. What you can do
Once your payment is confirmed, you may use the files of the assets you bought for any purpose, personal or commercial, in as many projects as you like, worldwide and without a time limit. You may copy, edit, adapt, re-texture and combine them with other work. No credit or attribution is required.
2. Typical uses
- Games, apps, VR and AR experiences.
- Films, animation, motion graphics and still renders.
- Architectural visualisation, interior design and product shots.
- Advertising, print, packaging and social media.
- Work for clients, and products you sell.
3. Not exclusive
Your license is not exclusive. Other customers may use the same assets, and the same assets may also be available from other sources. Buying an asset does not give you ownership of it or any exclusive right in it.
4. Our own material
The product pages, preview images, descriptions and the way the library is organised are our own work. Please do not copy them to build another store or catalogue.
5. Real places, brands and people
Some assets show real places, buildings, products or brands, for example a street captured in an HDRI or a branded object. The license covers the files, not the rights of third parties shown in them. If your project depends on a recognisable trademark, building or person, check that your use is allowed.
6. If something is wrong
If a file is missing, damaged or does not match its description, our Refunds and withdrawal policy and your statutory rights as a consumer apply.
